That’s where I come in. My mission at Blue River Studio is to empower business owners through kicka*s design that works. •STRATEGY DOC This is our guiding light where we dig deep into your brand’s mission, goals, audience and messaging. It informs all things design and will be an in depth tool that you can use for years to come.
•CUSTOM BRAND KIT I firmly believe that you can’t design in a silo. When I design brands, I develop multiple assets at once so that we can see the full picture of your brand coming to life. Whether it’s merch, signage, or other mockups, you’ll receive brand presentations that showcase the real life use of your new brand, finalized in a comprehensive suite of assets that empower you to confidently launch and grow your brand.
•BRAND GUIDELINES This is the final piece of any branding project. Brand guides wrap up everything we’ve worked on from visual to verbal identity and serve as a tool to send to partners, onboard employees, and ground you and your business in the carefully created identity we’ve crafted.

TIMELINE: 8-10 WEEKS
web design
•CUSTOM SITE DESIGN I’ll design and develop custom pages in Figma, allowing for revisions and full approval prior to building in Squarespace.
•SEO STRENGTH Each page will be optimized for SEO to drive results.
•RESPONSIVE DESIGN Each page will function seamlessly whether on desktop, tablet and mobile.
•VIDEO TUTORIALS At the end of the project, I’ll walk you through how to make small edits like copy and image uploads.
•OPTIONAL: Site wide copywriting + ongoing site maintenance.
*Web design is subject to additional cost if we didn’t do branding together. This is because the nature of web projects involves developing additional branded pieces.
TIMELINE: 12-16 WEEKS

•CONCEPT DESIGN I’ll create a couple of concepts for you to choose from, informed by your vision and my expertise in creating dynamic design.
•HIGH QUALITY, MUST HAVE MERCH The best merch does more than just look good. I’ll work to create merch that your audience actually wants to wear, so you can increase sales and turn your audience into loyal customers.
TIMELINE: 2 WEEKS
package design
•MARKET RESEARCH I’ll take a look at how similar products are designed so we can make something that stands out.
•MOCKUPS I’ll show you what your packaging will actually look like when it’s on the shelf.
•ARTWORK PREP + PRINTING COORDINATION I’ll take the stress of die lines and outlined text off your plate. I’m also happy to communicate directly with your printer in case they run into any issues or have any specifications.

The first thing you should know about me is I love to chat. That means I want to hear anything and everything about you and your business. This is the chance for you to tell your story and for us to connect on what's working and what maybe could do better.
We'll chat over a video call andI if we're a good fit, I'll send you a cost and timeline proposal to kick things off.

I'll start by sending you a questionnaire to get an overview of your brand and industry. Depending on the package you choose, we'll also do a deep dive strategy call so we can think out loud about where you're at and where you're headed.
From there, I'll build a custom strategy deck that outlines everything we've covered and more. This is the basis for your brand design and will inform all visual and verbal identify moving forward.

My favorite part! It's time to put our words into action. I'll develop a singular concept design informed by the strategy we've already established. I'll include a variety of logos, textures, patterns, illustrations and overall creative direction so that you get the full picture of your new branding.

After we go through any revisions, you'll be all set! It's time to release your new brand into the world and make a difference in your industry.
But our journey doesn't have to be over. You can add on web design or any other collateral to get the full branding experience.

I believe you can’t design in isolation, and I need the creative freedom to fully explore a brand and bring it to fruition. Designing “just a logo” often ends up being more limiting for my process. That being said, if you already have your naming, messaging and vision down pat, we can discuss what a design only package would look like!

I take on a limited number of retainer clients a year. Depending on your needs, we can discuss what an ongoing relationship would look like.

I very rarely work on top of of existing brands. I believe if it’s not working already, there’s a reason. Touching up an already existing design isn’t always as simple as it seems and typically requires a complete rework. That being said, I’m happy to chat about your specific needs.
